Position: Supply Chain Executive/Corporate Delivery Executive
Reporting to: Team Lead
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage and streamline daily operations including D2C & Corporate Deliveries, Inventory Handling, and Dispatch & Receiving.
This role requires strong coordination skills, analytical thinking, and a process-driven approach to ensure smooth operations, on-time deliveries, and accurate inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. D2C & Corporate Deliveries
- Handle end-to-end B2B order fulfillment and stock allocation.
- Coordinate logistics for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Manage slot planning, inventory follow-ups, and stock availability.
- Process credit notes, PO coordination, invoicing, and cancellations.
- Handle GRN & PRN documentation and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, warehouse, and logistics teams.
2. Inventory Handling
- Maintain accurate stock levels with regular audits.
- Manage inbound material put-away and storage.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO to minimize expiries and pilferage.
- Maintain systematic records in Google Sheets.
- Raise indents, maintain safety stock as per trends.
- Monitor leakages, damages, and returns with RCA.
3. Warehouse Operations
- Manage day-to-day DC operations including receiving, stocking, dispatch, and RTP.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, opening & closing stock, and stock levels.
- Ensure proper sorting and segregation of stocks with strict FIFO compliance.
- Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound movements.
- Monitor DC hygiene, safety, and basic maintenance standards.
- Support cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations.

4:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Corporate Delivery Executive)
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Warehouse Executive)
