We’re looking for a BTL Marketing Team Lead in Pune who thrives in high-energy environments, understands the nuances of consumer behavior, and can translate brand strategies into powerful on-ground activations.

🎯 Role Overview – What You’ll Do:


As the BTL Team Lead, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all below-the-line (BTL) marketing initiatives in Pune and surrounding regions. Your focus will be to drive brand visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition at the grassroots level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and execute BTL campaigns, including product sampling, retail activations, community engagement drives, and partnerships
  • Lead and manage a team of field executives and promoters, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Identify high-impact locations and events for hyperlocal marketing initiatives
  • Liaise with sales, brand, and operations teams to ensure marketing and business alignment
  • Track campaign effectiveness, ROI, and gather consumer insights to refine strategies
  • Manage vendors, event logistics, and on-ground execution within defined budgets and timelines
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards at all activations
  • Knowledge of Pune geography and consumer behavior is an added advantage
  • Drive daily/weekly/monthly targets for new subscriptions, recharges, and customer activations

✅ Desired Profile – Who You Are:

Must-Have Experience:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in BTL/Field Marketing, preferably in FMCG/D2C/Retail sectors
  • Strong understanding of consumer engagement, brand activation, and on-ground operations
  • Experience in managing teams and coordinating with third-party vendors
  • Proficient in campaign planning, budgeting, and reporting
  • Comfortable working in dynamic field environments and solving real-time challenges

  1. Preferred Qualifications & Traits:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant fields
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
  • Valid driving license (2-wheeler preferred)
  • Self-starter with a result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work 6 days/week and lead field initiatives across different zones in Pune
