Department: Supply Chain - Warehousing
Location: Mumbai
Reporting To: Lead - Warehousing
Experience: 2-3 Years
Shift: Rotational shifts applicable

Role Summary :
The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations at the
Distribution Center, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate stock handling, FIFO
compliance, cold chain maintenance, and timely dispatches. The role requires close
coordination with Operations, Logistics, and Order Management teams to achieve high
inventory accuracy and service levels.

Key Responsibilities :
● Manage stock receipt, loading, unloading, and storage activities.
● Perform inventory tracking, stock counting, and reconciliation.
● Ensure FIFO practices and cold chain compliance across warehouse operations.
● Coordinate order picking, dispatches, and inter-warehouse stock movements.
● Monitor inventory variances, shrinkage, and damages, and maintain accurate records.
● Track and reconcile crates and other returnable assets.
● Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standards.
● Update inventory transactions and operational data in ERP/WMS systems.
● Prepare daily inventory and dispatch MIS using Microsoft Excel.
● Coordinate with Logistics and Order Management teams for timely order fulfillment.

Requirements:
● Graduate in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or distribution center operations.
● Good knowledge of inventory management, FIFO, and cold chain operations.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/WMS or inventory management
systems is preferred.
● Strong attention to detail, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
