Role Overview :

We are looking for an enthusiastic Summer Intern to support our B2B Retail and Modern Trade Sales team. This internship is designed to provide first-hand market exposure, allowing the intern to interact directly with retailers, distributors, and end consumers. The role will help the intern understand real market dynamics, customer behavior, and retail sales execution.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist the B2B and Modern Trade Sales team in managing retail accounts and store relationships.
  • Conduct store visits and market surveys to check product availability, pricing, and visibility.
  • Interact directly with consumers/end users to collect feedback on products, preferences, and buying behavior.
  • Support in-store promotions, sampling activities, and merchandising initiatives.
  • Identify new retail outlets or B2B opportunities and gather market insights.
  • Work with retailers to understand demand patterns and consumer preferences.
  • Assist in sales data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Provide weekly insights and recommendations based on market observations.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Pursuing MBA / PGDM (Marketing, Sales, Retail, or Operations).
  • Strong interest in sales, retail operations, and consumer behavior.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work in the field and interact with retailers and consumers.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.
