About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team. This internship is ideal for students pursuing HR or candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations. The role offers practical exposure to the complete recruitment process along with basic HR administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calling and interview coordination.
- Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Update and manage data in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Assist in day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with the HR team to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
- Support other HR-related activities as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Candidates with prior internship experience in HR Recruitment will be given preference.
- Freshers currently pursuing HR and eager to learn are also encouraged to apply.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
