Job Title: Last Mile Executive
Location: Malad (Mumbai)
Experience: 1–2 Years
Shift Timing: 3:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Role Overview:
The Last Mile Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of early-morning
delivery operations from the darkstore. This includes coordinating with delivery
partners, managing route dispatch, resolving delivery issues in real-time, and
maintaining operational efficiency and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
● Ensure timely arrival at the darkstore and track attendance of delivery
partners.
● Monitor and confirm full manpower availability; manage absenteeism with
backups.
● Coordinate with the mid-mile team for accurate and complete stock
allocation.
● Verify all orders (address, instructions, quantity) before dispatch.
● Ensure all delivery routes are dispatched on time.
● Track live deliveries using operational tools and dashboards.
● Act as the first point of contact for resolving delivery and customer issues.
● Monitor and resolve undelivered orders, including arranging reattempts.
● Collect and document root causes (RCA) for delays and failed deliveries.
● Ensure timely route closure and escalate delays with proper reporting.
● Prepare and present daily performance metrics in stand-up meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications
● Graduate or Diploma (any field preferred)
● Strong coordination and communication skills
● Basic knowledge of operations/logistics preferred
● Ability to work in early morning shifts
● Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
