• Role: Summer Sales Intern – Market Expansion (Promoter)

• Objective: To drive brand visibility and drive high consumer impressions at the "First Point of Sale"

locations (For example, Spencer’s, Vijetha Super Market, Ratnadeep, etc..).

• Duration: 2-3 Months (As per students’ availability)

• Certification: An official "Certificate of Merit" will be issued at the successful end of the summer

internship program.

The Promoter is responsible for engaging with customers to promote and sell products in a retail setting. This

role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Engage with customers to promote products and drive sales.

• Provide product information and answer customer queries.

• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.

• Assist in setting up promotional displays and materials.

• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the retail team.

• Language: Must be fluent in Telugu (to build rapport with local retailers and customers).

• Mobility: Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid license is mandatory for field travel within the assigned clusters in Hyderabad.

• Availability: This is a full-time promoter role that requires your focus and presence for the assigned working hours, and candidates should be willing to travel to the assigned stores in different zones of Hyderabad.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
