We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager- Finance to join our Finance team at Tumkur, Karnataka location. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in the Finance & Accounts department, with a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Roles and Responsibilities:Oversee financial planning and analysis for the plant
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/ CMA Inter Preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
