Job Summary

Sid’s Farm is looking for a dynamic and result-driven to acquire and manage key accounts, aggregators, and modern trade chains as alternate revenue sources. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing daily sales performance, monitoring offers, ensuring timely receivables, and building strong strategic partnerships.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts to drive sales and revenue growth for Sid’s Farm products.
  • Identify, acquire, and manage key accounts, aggregators, and modern trade partners.
  • Collaborate with Merchandisers to build a strong pipeline of high-quality prospects and generate sustained demand.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with key partner personnel at head offices.
  • Coordinate agent support, including training, merchandising, and below-the-line (BTL) marketing execution.
  • Develop and deploy effective business propositions to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Provide back-office support including preparing quotations, negotiating pricing, and managing customer onboarding and deployment activities.
  • Play a key role in new business pitches and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Monitor daily sales, promotional offers, and performance metrics across accounts.
  • Ensure timely collections and effectively manage accounts receivable.
  • Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate statements and invoices.
  • Propose innovative promotions and in-store activities to improve shelf off-take and visibility.
  • Present periodic reports on account performance, goals, and quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Analyse client data and sales trends to enhance customer relationship management and business outcomes.

  6. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
