About the Role:
As our brand continues to scale and bring fresh dairy products to more households, we are
looking for an energetic HR Management Trainee to join our team. This is a high-impact role
designed for someone who is passionate about people development and organizational health.
You will be at the heart of our growth, ensuring that our performance standards remain high and
our company culture remains vibrant. You won't just be managing processes; you will be a
Culture Champion and a driver of performance excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving Performance Management System (PMS)
You will be responsible for moving our PMS beyond a "once-a-year" event, turning it into a
continuous cycle of growth and accountability.
● Performance Cadence: Establish and drive the rigor of monthly and quarterly performance
reviews across departments.
● Annual Appraisals: Assist in the end-to-end execution of the Annual Appraisal cycle,
including normalization and increment processes.
● KPI Management: Work with department heads to ensure SMART goals are set, tracked,
and updated in real-time.
● Review Facilitation: Act as a bridge between managers and employees to ensure reviews
are constructive, data-driven, and timely.

2. Culture & Employee Engagement
As a Culture Champion, your mission is to make Sid’s Farm an employer of choice.
● Culture Building: Design and implement initiatives that translate our brand values into
everyday workplace behaviors.
● Career Conversations: Facilitate structured "Career Conversations" to help employees map
out their growth paths within the company.
● Employee Voice: Manage pulse surveys and feedback loops to gauge organizational health
and recommend improvements.
● Engagement Activities: Ideate and execute engagement calendars that boost morale across
both corporate offices and field/plant operations.

The Ideal Candidate:
● Education: MBA or Post-Graduate degree in Human Resources
● Mindset: A "growth mindset" with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving
dairy/FMCG environment.
● Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets to track performance
trends.
● Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills; you must be able to speak the language
of both the boardroom and the front-line staff.
● Proactive Nature: You don't wait for instructions; you see a gap in the culture or process
and propose a solution.
