Plant Controller - Assistant Manager - Finance
Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Controller - Assistant Manager to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in the Finance & Accounts department, with a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning and analysis for the plant
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
