Role Summary:
Position: BTL Marketing Team Lead
Experience: 3- 5 Years
Location: Bangalore (On-site)
We are looking for a result-driven BTL Team Lead to spearhead our on-ground brand activation and consumer engagement initiatives. The role involves planning, executing, and supervising Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility, product awareness, and consumer trials in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and track Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing initiatives such as society activations, sampling drives, retail promotions, and local partnerships.
- Work with external vendors, agencies, and ground staff to ensure smooth rollout of campaigns.
- Optimize campaign spends and ROI by measuring on-ground impact and conversion metrics.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of marketing executives; set goals, run performance reviews, and ensure high-quality outputs.
- Identify new activation opportunities, partnerships, and on-ground tactics to promote our brand.
- Build and maintain relationships with creative agencies, media owners, event vendors, PR partners, and influencers.
- Own event/campaign budgets, vendor negotiations, and ensure timely reconciliation of costs and ROI.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA/Graduate in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in D2C, FMCG, or Dairy sectors.
- Proven experience in BTL activation and campaign management.
- Exposure to CX frameworks and tools; strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading a small team and managing KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate cross-functionally.
- Data-driven, entrepreneurial, and passionate about the customer journey.
